- SOULS FOR JESUS: generally for the team's soulwinning efforts and specifically for opportunities God has for individual team members to witness in English or other languages
- Team members' openness to being called to the foreign mission field
- Christlikeness in each team member's character and relationships today
- Each team member's closer fellowship with the Lord through prayer, devotions, and uplifting fellowship with others
- Each team member's consistency in fulfilling reading and writing requirements
- Each team member's unspoken prayer requests
