Group Constituency: The team consists of a student choir, brass ensemble, and pianist traveling with two or three faculty sponsors. The group usually numbers around 27 people, about half of them male and half female.
The students represent many disciplines of study from the university, including Bible, missions, foreign languages, education and music. Some are graduate students. Many of the young men are preachers. Most teams include several students who are seeking a specific place of service on the foreign mission field.

Methods and Venues of Ministry |

|
Methods and Venues of Ministry: The major vehicle by which the team ministers is concerts or services which include student testimonies and end with a brief Gospel message. These concerts may be performed in halls or churches, or they may be held outdoors on the streets or in parks.

Languages: The team presents as many choral numbers in the local tongue as possible. In most western countries, the group is prepared to sing virtually the entire concert in the local language. Often some members of the team have studied the local language well enough to converse in it.

Concert Programs: The team performs conservative arrangements of traditional hymns and Gospel songs, chosen from a repertoire familiar to most European believers. The program may also include early American hymns and spirituals.
